Design Suites Miami Beach has some stunning ocean views and a decent location. but the service was lacking, particularly at check-in. I encountered rude behavior from a valet associate, and the general attitude of the staff felt more about enforcing rules than assisting guests. Overall, my stay had its highs and lows.
